Overview

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines and charges may vary by destination and order value—details below match what we show at checkout where applicable.

Order processing

After you place an order and payment is confirmed, we typically process and prepare your shipment within 24–48 hours (business days), unless otherwise stated on the product page or during peak periods.

Made-to-order or handcrafted items may require additional lead time; any notable delay will be communicated where possible. You will receive updates when your order is dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Delivery times & service areas

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your pin code and carrier routes. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays unless the carrier operates on those days in your area. Delays may occur during festivals, severe weather, logistics disruptions, or carrier peak volume—we appreciate your patience and will help where we can if your shipment is unusually delayed.

Shipping fees & free shipping

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999, as shown at checkout and in our Policies. Offers may change; the cart and checkout pages always show the fees that apply to your order.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared by email and/or SMS (where provided) once your order is handed to the carrier. You can use the carrier’s website or app with your tracking ID to follow your shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after the expected dispatch window, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Packaging

Wall art and decor are packed to reduce movement and protect surfaces during transit. We use suitable outer cartons and internal cushioning where needed. Please open packages carefully and retain packaging until you have inspected your items.

When your order arrives

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided, or follow the carrier’s instructions for reattempts or pickup. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.
